I don’t know about you but Fall is my favourite season not only because of the beautiful foliage, crisp autumn air, fun times at the pumpkin patch and snuggly gatherings by the fire but it is also Pumpkin Spice Season! Yes, the time has come again to welcome the return of the most coveted flavour of the season and what better way to celebrate than with a tasty drink that comes conveniently in a bottle. Introducing the New- Vodka Mudshake Pumpkin Spice Latte that you can drink on its own either hot or cold! Moreover, this drink is also perfect as a dessert cocktail for virtual happy hour or just to treat YOU after a long day! A versatile product that has inspired me to get festive and creative; I am going to show you how to make two versions of my “Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice” cocktail because we all need options right? So let’s get ready to make this drink and enjoy the season to the fullest!
Vodka Mudshake has created the most delightful drink by combining my two favourite things: Pumpkin Spice and Latte! This creamy latte with hints of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg combined with triple-distilled vodka is the perfect addition to your favourite dessert. This versatile and ready-to-drink beverage can be heated up on its own and does not need coffee to have the latte taste. A delicious fall treat, this pre-mixed vodka drink is easy to enjoy for any occasion. With so much going on in the world and still with so many people heading back to quarantine, I want to get a little fancy even though the drink is wonderful just on its own! Today, I want to share with you my Pumpkin Spice and Everything Cocktail in two versions both are simple and easy and sure to impress!
The Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Cocktail
To be honest, I really didn’t have to do much to create this cocktail and like I said before, my purpose is just to “dress-up” the drink nicely so we can get a little fancy because we all need a little uplifting these days and why not? Since the drink is ready to serve as it is, we only require a few ingredients more and the drink takes no more than five minutes to make. For this first drink, I was inspired to create a classic cocktail so all you need is Vodka Mudshake’s Pumpkin Spice Latte, some orange bitters and chocolate crumbles to decorate the rim of your cocktail.
Version 1: The Classic
One bottle of the Vodka Mudshake Pumpkin Spice latte will make two cocktails so first; you will require a shaker and add in some ice cubes preferably 5 or 6. But depending if the Mudshake is already chilled and if you want to serve it right away, you can always add more cubes to make the drink colder. Next, add in a half teaspoon of orange bitters and here it’s important to not add too much because it will get too bitter and ruin the taste so I don’t recommend more. You can buy orange bitters which are used for mixing drinks like Old Fashions for example on Amazon. Now with all the ingredients in you can give it a good shake and set it aside. Before we pour our lovely drink we should wet the rim of the cocktail glass, the beginning of a truly enticing cocktail (1) and prepare our chocolate crumble to decorate and I recommend two tablespoons of the crumble. There you go and now you can pour the drink and it is ready for a night in.
Version 2: Rich & Creamy
This second version of my Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Cocktail requires the same ingredients as the last one but with a few added extra items. So make the drink exactly the same but in the end we will add in some whipped cream, chocolate syrup and serve with a graham cracker doesn’t that sound delicious? So after the drink is poured with the chocolate crumble on the rim already you can add in the whipped cream but try not to make it too high. Then with a good proportion of whipped cream and Mudshake squeeze nicely across some chocolate sundae syrup and finish with some graham crackers to decorate and dip.

So there you have it my Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice cocktail in two versions both quick and easy and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. The creamy texture and pumpkin spice really adds to the spirit of Fall and makes for a wonderfully inviting and cozy evening around the fire. Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Cocktail
A New Fall time classic, this cocktail really defines the Pumpkin Spice season. It is a creamy, smooth and delectable drink perfect to indulge by the fire by yourself or with your intimate social bubble.

- Yield: 2 Cocktails per 1 bottle of Vodka Mudshake Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
For the Rim:
- 1/2 TBSP of Chocolate Crumble
- 1/4 cup Water for dipping
For the Martini:
- 1 Bottle of Vodka Mudshake Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 5-6 Ice Cubes or more
- 1/2 TSP of Orange Bitters
- Whip Cream
- Sundae Chocolate syrup
- Graham crackers
Instructions:
The Classic V1
- First rim the glass with crumbles set aside or you can do that after shaking but either way the glass should be rimmed with crumbles before the drink is poured inside
- Put 5-6 cubes of ice into a shaker with 1 bottle of Vodka Mudshake and ½ tsp of orange bitter and shake
- Serve and enjoy
- Note: if you are using a taller cocktail or martini glass you can also frost your glass beforehand for a nicer effect.
Rich & Creamy V2
- Same as V1 ingredients and initial instructions
- But after the drink is poured with rimmed decorated with crumbles put in whip cream to your liking and add in swirls of chocolate syrup
- Finish with Graham Crackers for dipping and serve with favourite pumpkin spice treats
