Who doesn’t want to reverse the signs of aging, crows-feet and conceal dark circles? Hence as we get older, it is so important to invest and find good quality products that work for your skin – especially for the delicate under eye area. However, I often find it difficult to find an eye serum that is suitable for me because my skin is so highly reactive to most products. One of the biggest problems I have with most skincare brands is that they contain harmful chemicals and strong fragrances that I am allergic to; but I was relieved to receive a sample of EctoinePFE, an under serum that contains two powerful and natural beautifying agents that helps with regeneration and hydration of the under eye skin that also protect against UV damage all in one. I love that they combined their two main ingredients Ectoine and PFE, as their brand so people will know exactly what is inside. The serum comes in a clean white box with a magnetic closure that holds inside the amber-colored serum. In between water and a gel-like consistency, this serum absorbs quickly into my skin and leaves a fine matte finish that nicely preps my skin for extra moisture during the night or as a primer perfect before under eye concealer. At the same time, the smell of the product is also lovely, not too heavy with a faint scent that is very intoxicating but not overpowering. Overall, I really like the eye serum because not only am I not allergic but it also contains natural ingredients which I am all about. I hope with continuous use I will see the results of firmer, tighter skin around the eye area and banish crows-feet and dark circles all together!
